Returns Policy

Kard Kingdom offers returns in line with UK consumer law, with an extended goodwill returns option on eligible products. Please read the details below carefully before placing your order.

Standard Returns (14 Days)

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return items you do not want.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • Sealed (seal must be intact)

  • In original packaging and original condition

🚫 We do not offer refunds or returns on any products where the seal has been broken.

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty or not as described.

Sealed Products & Acceptance

Many of our products are supplied sealed for quality control, authenticity, and resale protection.

Once the seal is broken, these items become non-returnable and non-refundable, except where the item is faulty or not as described under your statutory rights.

By purchasing sealed products from Kard Kingdom, you acknowledge and agree that opening the seal constitutes acceptance of the goods.

Extended Returns (Up to 30 Days)

For eligible products, Kard Kingdom offers an extended goodwill returns period of up to 30 days from the date you receive your order.

To qualify:

  • Items must be completely unopened, unused, and sealed

  • Items must be returned in the exact condition received

If these conditions are not met, the return will be refused.

Fair Use Policy

The extended returns policy is subject to fair use limits:

  • Maximum of 6 items per customer

  • £150 (inc. VAT) lifetime limit per customer

  • One use per household / address

  • Applies to consumers only (not resellers)

Kard Kingdom reserves the right to refuse returns where this policy is abused or manipulated. Acceptance of one return does not guarantee acceptance of future returns.

This goodwill policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Excluded Products – Trading Card Games

The extended 30-day returns policy does not apply to trading card game products.

Trading card game products sold by Kard Kingdom include:

  • Magic: The Gathering

  • Pokémon

  • One Piece Card Game

  • Disney Lorcana

These products are limited to the statutory 14-day returns period only and must remain sealed.

🚫 No refunds or returns are available for trading card products where the seal has been broken or for single cards.

Due to market price volatility, opened, unsealed, or tampered trading card products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund and cover return postage up to standard shipping rates.

Pre-Order Cancellations

You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before the order is dispatched.

🚫 We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or store credit for price changes after an order has been placed.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed as quickly as possible and no later than 30 days after confirmation of receipt of returned items.

Disputes & Chargebacks

We recommend contacting us at admin@kardkingdom.com before raising a chargeback or payment dispute, as most issues can be resolved quickly.

Chargebacks raised for items that were delivered as described and returned in breach of this published policy may be contested.

Kard Kingdom reserves the right to provide order records, delivery confirmation, and policy acceptance evidence to payment providers in the event of a dispute.Legal Notice

 

 

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Returns outside of statutory rights are offered at the discretion of Kard Kingdom and are subject to the conditions set out above.
