Kard Kingdom aims to dispatch orders promptly and deliver them securely. Please read the information below before placing your order.

Delivery Options & Pricing (UK Only)

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order value, and selected service.

United Kingdom

  • Standard Delivery – from £4.95

  • Express Delivery – from £7.95

Delivery prices shown are starting prices and may vary depending on order size, weight, or courier service.

Free Delivery (Discretionary)

Kard Kingdom may offer free standard delivery on orders over £100.

Free delivery:

  • Is offered at our discretion

  • May be limited to specific delivery services, products, promotions, or time periods

  • Is not guaranteed and may be withdrawn or changed at any time

The availability of free delivery will always be shown at checkout where applicable.

Dispatch Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days, excluding:

  • Weekends

  • UK public holidays

  • Pre-order items

Dispatch times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, product launches, or promotional events.

Delivery Times

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the order date.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK Standard: typically 2–4 working days

  • UK Express: typically 1–2 working days

Pre-Orders

If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order may be held until all items are available, unless otherwise stated.

Release dates are estimates and may change due to supplier delays. Kard Kingdom is not responsible for delays outside of our control.

Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure delivery details are correct at checkout. Kard Kingdom cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery is missed or returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address details

  • Failure to collect from a courier or collection point

Any re-delivery or re-shipping costs may be charged to the customer.

Delays & Courier Issues

While we work with reliable couriers, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control.

Kard Kingdom is not liable for courier delays once an order has been dispatched, but we will assist where possible.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order appears lost or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at:
